Yes, Brooks Restaurant And Bar offers takeout. Brooks was recommended to us by a local upon landing in St. Thomas. The menu is localfare. Certainly not fancy but great food, which is what we went for. Awesome place, and one of the hottest servers on the island works there!!! We enjoyed it so much we went twice in a few days. We had the conch (tender and tasty), the stew chicken (fall-off-the bone delicious), and sides of rice & beans, plantains (no place does them better!
